Untangle the stories that keep you stuck

I work with people who want to work toward their goals, build stronger relationships, and feel more confident in themselves. You may be ready for a new chapter, want more from an already successful life, or recognize that old beliefs and patterns are getting in your way.

Through one-to-one coaching and my Hall Pass to Wholeness™ framework, we explore what’s holding you back, question limiting beliefs, and turn new understanding into practical steps forward, personally and professionally.

Hall Pass to Wholeness™

As you begin to understand and change old patterns, it can feel like seeing life through a new pair of glasses, bringing a fresh perspective to your relationships, your work, and the choices you make.

Hall Pass to Wholeness™ is a coaching approach I developed from more than 40 years of my own healing and growth and decades of mentoring others. It brings together the lessons I’ve lived, the tools I’ve used, and the practices I continue to draw on in my own life.

Our work goes beyond talking about what feels difficult. Through honest conversation, guided reflection, writing, and practical tools, we explore the beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck and put new understanding into practice in your everyday life.

Six movements give this work its structure: Awareness, Ownership, Surrender, Inquiry, Realignment, and Integration. They guide our work while allowing room for your experiences, your goals, and your pace.

Adoption-Informed Coaching

Adoption can shape identity, belonging, relationships, grief, and self-worth in ways that are not always recognized or understood.

As both an adoptee and a birth mother who reunited with my daughter and members of my biological family, I bring lived experience and a deeply personal understanding of these complexities.

I offer adoption-informed coaching for adoptees, birth and first parents, adoptive parents, foster parents, and kinship families navigating identity, relinquishment, reunion, grief, and changing family relationships. I also support people navigating unexpected discoveries about their biological parentage and the questions those discoveries bring.

In this 4 minute video I share my experience as an adoptee and birth mother, what reunion brought to the surface, and how I began questioning the stories I believed about myself.

I understand what it feels like to lose yourself in what happened to you.

Anger. Shame. Grief. Confusion. Loneliness.

I’ve carried them too. They are part of my story, but they are not the whole of who I am.

My life has included adoption, relinquishing a child, trauma, addiction and recovery, difficult relationships, business success, and devastating loss.

For years, I carried beliefs about myself that were shaped by those experiences. Healing began when I learned to separate who I am from what happened to me.

What happened to you matters. But it does not have to define the rest of your life.

Through Hall Pass to Wholeness™, I help you uncover the beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck, reconnect with your own voice, and make choices that reflect who you are today.

If you’re ready to understand what you’re carrying and begin moving forward, your Hall Pass begins now.
